Prebid Meetings will be held and at a minimum will review:

  • General requirements

  • Turnover and closeout requirements

The purpose of each conference is to clearly explain project requirements and to help ensure complete and competitive proposals from bidders. The prebid meeting will be documented with clarifications incorporated by written addenda.

Preaward Meetings will be held with the apparent low bidder following the receipt and opening of bids. The purpose of the meeting will be to review the following:
