Admirals Walk at Sarasota, Florida

Admirals Walk is a 249-unit class “A” project located in Sarasota just west of Interstate 75. The project consists of 32 two-story private entry apartment buildings built around a centrally located lake. The community includes a beautiful clubhouse, business center, fitness center and entertainment area. Additionally, there is a grand resort style pool.

The apartments include ceramic floors, garden tubs, gourmet kitchens and 9 foot vaulted ceilings. High-speed Internet access is also available.

The project started in spring of 2003 and was completed summer of 2004. The community sold for a premium price and is being converted to condominiums.
