Bermuda Lake at Brandon, Florida

Bermuda Lake is a 352-unit class “A” project located in Brandon, Florida just East of Interstate 75. The project consists of 16 three-story garden style apartment buildings built around a 25-acre lake and beautiful natural conservation area. The community includes a grand clubhouse facility; which includes a conference center, business center, fitness facility, and entertainment center with a kitchen facility. Adjacent to the community center is the resort style pool with a gorgeous lakeside view.

The apartments include ceramic floors, garden style tubs, 9-foot ceilings, crown molding, gourmet kitchens, high-speed Internet access along with private garages and carports.

This project was completed in the summer of 2005.
