Cayo Grande Phase II & III at Navarre, FL

Project consists of 156 class "A" units located in Navarre, Florida. The buildings consist of three-story masonry shell and utilize metal joist and deck with poured concrete for elevated floors. The buildings are set up in groups of three with each group having elevator access to upper floors. The project was completed in December of 2002.
