Project consists of four and six story steel frame buildings along with a pool, Clubhouse, Reception Center and various amenity structures. Six story- building structures incorporated elevated decks for inclusion of parking garage at the first level. The interior finishes of the units were very high quality utilizing custom carpet, natural slate floors, hardwood cabinets, wainscot at dining rooms as well as wall and ceiling moldings. Plumbing fixtures were top quality and interior painting and wallpaper was very customized.
