Legacy at Pleasant Grove at Texarkana, Texas

SSWB goes national and starts its second project in the Lone Star state. Legacy at Pleasant Grove at Texarkana brings class "A" apartment homes to Texarkana for the first time. Legacy at Richmond Road consists of 326 class "A" apartment homes on a 25 acre campus. There is a resort style community building that includes a fitness facility, heated swimming pool, and volley ball courts. The community consists of residential style buildings with a southwest feel that includes one, two, and three bedroom units.
