The Legacy at Crystal Lake is located just 3 miles East of Interstate 95 at the intersection of Clyde Morris Boulevard and Reed Canal Road. Legacy at Crystal Lake is the multifamily portion of the master planned Crystal Lake PUD. Crystal Lake is a carefully planned development that includes outpatient medical facilities, banking, professional offices, and light retail, all positioned around the beautiful 30-plus acres on Crystal Lake. The campus for this community is resort quality and has an absolutely beautiful and quiet setting.

The Legacy at Crystal Lake consists of three phases totaling 800 units. Phase I and II are 268 units and 242 units respectively, which also include a clubhouse, pool with cabanas, maintenance facilities, and other related amenities. Phase III will have a separate clubhouse and amenity package along with 290 apartment units. Phase I is completed and fully occupied. Phase II Construction is complete and is under lease up.
